My purpose in founding Oconee Hospitality is to manage a select number of luxury style homes and spaces. If you would like to learn more about fees, I will be happy to meet with the homeowner on site to determine your goals and needs. After the free consultation, I will submit a business proposal for your review outlining all fees and services provided.

My goal is to help take stress off you as the homeowner. Based on your needs and goals, I will build you a custom management proposal that can include anything from building your listings, managing turnover/cleaning services to outside maintenance.

Each homeowner will be provided their own access to Oconee Hospitality software that will enable you to see occupancy and expected revenue.

At Oconee Hospitality, we understand the value of your asset. If you decide to list your home for sale, I ask that you let me know as soon as possible to allow me to turn off your booking platforms and work with me through the process of getting your guests closed out and transferred if we need.
